 The objectives are to destroy the basis of existence of Boryokudan, increase
 the awareness of Prefectural citizens towards elimination of Boryokudan,
 support local government and community initiatives towards the eradication
 of Boryokudan, and conduct consultation and provide support for victims
 of Boryokudan activity and to realize the creation of a society that is
 comfortable to live in.
